Welcome to BLAZA STUDIO. By using our website, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General Information

BLAZA STUDIO is a France-based studio specialized in custom motorsport helmet personalization and design services.

All projects are handled exclusively through custom quotes based on the client’s specific request.

BLAZA STUDIO reserves the right to refuse any project, request, or order at its sole discretion.

2. Orders & Custom Design Process

All projects begin with a discussion and design proposal phase.

No payment is required before the client validates the final design concept, except in the case of fully custom design work requiring extensive creative development. In such cases, design work may be billed separately.

Once the design has been approved by the client and the first payment has been completed:

the project officially begins,
materials and production time are allocated,
and the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable except in cases of proven major fault caused by BLAZA STUDIO.

Because all helmets are custom-made and personalized, each project is considered a bespoke product.

3. Pricing & Payments

Payments are accepted via:

bank transfer,
and secure card payment solutions.

BLAZA STUDIO does not store or process any banking information directly.

Projects are generally paid in two stages:

first payment after design approval and before production,
final payment after completion photos are sent to the client and before final shipment.

The final helmet will only be shipped once the remaining balance has been fully paid.

4. Shipping Policy

BLAZA STUDIO currently ships primarily within France using:

Colissimo
Chronopost

Estimated production times are generally between 7 and 10 business days after helmet reception and design validation.

Estimated delivery times within France are approximately 2 to 5 business days depending on the carrier.

Shipping fees are fixed at €37.99, including:

tracked shipping for helmet collection,
and final shipment of the completed helmet.

All shipments include tracking.

Each helmet is carefully packaged using reinforced double-box protection to reduce transport risks.

Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, strikes, customs, or force majeure events remain outside the control of BLAZA STUDIO.

In case of loss or transport issue, an official investigation with the carrier must be completed before any compensation decision can be made.

For shipments outside the European Union (including Switzerland), all customs duties, import taxes, and related fees remain entirely the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our services, custom helmet projects are generally non-refundable once production has started.

A project may be cancelled free of charge before:

design validation,
and before the first payment is completed.

Once the design has been approved and the initial payment has been made:

cancellations,
refunds,
or chargebacks
will no longer be accepted except in the event of a serious and proven fault caused directly by BLAZA STUDIO.

Examples may include:

significant physical damage caused to the helmet by our studio,
or major deviation from the approved design.

If a package arrives visibly damaged, the customer must contact BLAZA STUDIO within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

clear photos of the package,
photos of the damage,
and shipping information.

Each case will be reviewed individually in cooperation with the carrier.

Minor visual differences may occur between on-screen previews and the final painted product due to:

screen calibration,
lighting conditions,
paint reflections,
and material finishes.

These small variations do not constitute a defect.

6. Privacy Policy

BLAZA STUDIO collects only the information necessary to process quotes, orders, and customer communication.

Collected information may include:

name,
email address,
phone number.

Payment information is never stored directly by BLAZA STUDIO.

The website may use:

cookies,
Google Analytics,
and Meta/Facebook tracking technologies
for website performance, analytics, and advertising purposes.

Customer information is never sold to third parties.

Data may only be shared with trusted service providers strictly necessary for order fulfillment, including:

payment providers,
shipping carriers,
analytics services.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, visuals, concepts, logos, images, and content created by BLAZA STUDIO remain the intellectual property of BLAZA STUDIO unless otherwise agreed in writing.

BLAZA STUDIO reserves the right to photograph and display completed projects for portfolio, promotional, and social media purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise by the customer prior to production.

8. Liability

BLAZA STUDIO cannot guarantee FIA, motorsport federation, or manufacturer certification compliance after customization unless explicitly stated.

The customer remains responsible for ensuring that the helmet complies with the regulations applicable to their intended use.

BLAZA STUDIO shall not be held liable for indirect damages, misuse, racing incidents, or improper handling after delivery.
